Waivvia provides AI-powered receptionist and communication software ("Services") designed to help businesses answer calls, capture leads, and schedule appointments.


2. SMS and Mobile Communication (A2P Compliance)

Waivvia uses SMS messaging to communicate with individuals who have requested information, services, or support through our website (https://waivvia.com).

Messages are sent only to users who have explicitly opted in by completing a website form and selecting an unchecked checkbox that clearly states their agreement to receive SMS messages from Waivvia.

Types of messages include:

• Responses to inquiries submitted through our website

• Appointment scheduling confirmations and reminders

Due to the digital nature of Waivvia’s services and the immediate allocation of infrastructure, setup, and AI configuration resources:

• All payments are final
• Subscription fees are non-refundable
• You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing

No prorated refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle.


5. Service Availability and Delivery

Waivvia strives to provide reliable and continuous service. However:

• Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, or third-party system dependencies

Waivvia is not responsible for missed calls, lost leads, or service interruptions caused by external systems such as telecommunications carriers or internet outages.


6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Waivvia and Joseph Combs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:

• Lost revenue
• Lost business opportunities
